BOKU delegation tour of Brussels for employees, alumni and students
The University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna is organising in partnership with the BOKU Alumni Organisation a delegation tour of Brussels on the 28th and 29th of March 2017.
The 22-person delegation consists of the rector Martin Gerzabek, vice-rector, professors, employees and graduates, as well as students at the university who wish to use this opportunity to learn about the EU from the inside.
We will be greeted by the Permanent Mission to Austria from Claudia Koreiman-Özkan and Florian Pecenka, who will provide us with an insight into their work in the permanent mission.
Afterwards we will visit the European Council, the European Commission and the European Parliament.
Together with BOKU graduates working in Brussels the delegation and alumni are invited for an evening reception by the Salzburg BOKU Alumni Liason office to the EU. Rector Martin Gerzabek and Vice-rector for Research Josef Glößl gave interesting lectures on the current BOKU developments at the European and international level.
